There is a profile field called "WolfQuest Username" is my profile and I want to know what is it about.

That's for if you play a game called wolfquest. If you don't have a wolfquest account, don't worry about it.

How to make a WolfQuest account?

go on wolfquest.org and download the game. Then go to community and hit register! Also it isn't required to have a wolfquest account. You can just put none on your profile and that would be okay.
